Help keep WARA running – support your local residents' association
We’re the Woolwich Arsenal Residents’ Association (WARA) – a volunteer-led group that brings residents together, shares local updates, and represents the views of our community within the Royal Arsenal development and the wider area.
We’re asking for small donations from residents to help cover the basic running costs that keep WARA going. These include:
- Web hosting and domain fees for wara.london
- Mailchimp subscription to manage our community mailing list
- Printing flyers and materials for events and updates
- Room hire for public meetings and community forums
Our committee members volunteer their time and skills freely, but we are currently spending around £2000 per year on basic running costs. So far, we have been funded by a generous committee member, but we need a small budget to stay connected and active. Every contribution, however small, helps us remain an independent, resident led voice.
