The Woodridge Homeowner’s Association is a voluntary organization comprised of owners of homes in the Woodridge Subdivision and their families. Our mission is to connect the people of our neighborhood with each other, provide social gatherings to promote good relationships among neighbors, and to beautify the subdivision which will enhance property values. We are not an enforcement body. We can act as a collective entity to approach the city regarding the needs of our community.
The voluntary annual dues is used towards: Ice Cream Social & Community Cookout, Yard Sale advertising, Insurance for the Woodridge Sign, Beautification Projects.
