Fellow residents have formed Woodcliff Lake Residents Against Overdevelopment, Inc. to raise money to pay legal costs and fees to appeal and invalidate the unfair and one-sided settlement agreement by the Borough of Woodcliff Lake that would permit construction of a nearly 20,000 square foot facility on a 1.27 acre property in a residential neighborhood.
