Hi Everyone,

I am taking part this year in the Womens Mini Marathon on the 31st May 2026 in Dublin.This will be my third year to complete the event.

I have decided this year that I would like to raise as much money as possible to help support Boyle Family Resource Centre in all the amazing work they do to provide support to everyone in the community and secondly as a huge thank you for everything they do especially to all the staff & volunteers who are so supportive which without each and everyone of them many of the services /Supports they provide couldnt be offered.

All money raised will be going directly to the centre ,I am doing this fundraiser as ,I have seen first hand over the years all the supports they have and how they help members of the community.I am also a volunteer in a number of groups that without the family resource centre would not be able to continue or even be established . One of these groups is BRICKX CLUB which is a group for children with additional needs and their siblings.The support the centre gave to us to start this group and provide us with such a welcoming and accepting space for our children has made a huge impact on all the children involved

Over the years ,i have been attending courses or activities that they offer,which include arts & crafts ,Willow workshops, Felting ,well being courses. Boyle FRC creates a safe and welcoming and non judgmental & Inclusive space for all.

They also provide support for families through,Parent support groups,family support ,counselling and events such as uniform swaps ,costume swaps and much much more

.The centre supports individuals and family who need support in a Bi weekly food packages.

I also provide a community connect cafe which is an amazing oppportunity to meet new people and meet up with friends

There is so much more that the Boyle Family Resources Centre provides and i would like to help support them to continue in there work,
