I am raising funds for South Ayrshire Women’s Aid. All of the money raised will go towards buying Christmas gifts for survivors of domestic abuse and their children.

Women’s Aid have told me they receive many donations of toys for young children, but not many gifts for teenagers and Women. So this is who we will be buying the gifts for. Everyone deserves to have a great Christmas, and it is so important to help those in need.

Fleeing abuse is one of the hardest and bravest things someone can do, and without the help of charities such as Women’s Aid, this wouldn’t be possible. They have helped save many women and children’s lives, including mine many years ago. This is the reason why this is especially close to my heart, and I really want to do something special for all the survivors of domestic violence.
