In Africa, millions of women possess talent, ideas, ambition, and an immense capacity for innovation. Yet many remain excluded from the opportunities offered by the digital world.
The lack of access to training, technological tools, and financial resources continues to widen a significant gap between men and women in digital professions.
The *Women Shine for Africa* program was created to address this reality.
Now in its *third edition*, this program has a clear vision: to empower African women to take their rightful place in the digital economy and become agents of change in their communities.
Each year, we select approximately fifty motivated, ambitious African women who are ready to transform their futures. Over several weeks, they receive the following free of charge:
* hands-on training in *digital marketing*;
* an introduction to *artificial intelligence* tools;
* personal and professional support;
* as well as *equipment grants* to help them launch their digital businesses.
