Climbing for a Cause: 8 Women, 3 Peaks, 3 Days, & a Mountain of Pants

Every day, millions of vulnerable women in the UK and across the globe find themselves facing deeply challenging circumstances which are often exacerbated by a lack of necessities, such as new clean underwear. Many forget that charities cannot accept second hand underwear, for reasons of personal hygiene. Therefore, there is a clear lack of new underwear available for women who need it most and this is what the organisation addresses.

In 2022, Serena Chamberlain founded the brilliant organisation Let’s Get Our Knickers in a Twist. The non-profit provides women in need with essential underwear, aiming to spread dignity, confidence, and comfort one pair at a time.

The Three Peaks Challenge

This May, our Peaks in Pants team of 8 determined women will take on the 3 Peaks Challenge, which involves scaling the three highest mountains in the UK: Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England, and Snowdon in Wales - in just 3 days - all while raising awareness and a mountain of new knickers to donate to this brilliant cause.
