On April 26th I’ll be taking part in the Wolf Run 5K obstacle challenge to raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

This isn’t just a normal 5K run – it involves mud, water, climbing obstacles and a lot of grit! I’m pushing myself physically to support an incredible hospital that provides life-saving care for thousands of children and families every year.

As a father of two daughters, causes that support children and their wellbeing mean a lot to me. Birmingham Children’s Hospital does amazing work, and I want to do my part to help.

Any donation, big or small, would mean a lot and will go directly towards supporting the hospital and the children who rely on it.
