Lesley Lee, gone but never forgotten ❤️

Me and Dad will be running the Staines Rubber Ducky 5K on July 20th to raise money for Woking and Sam Beare Hospice. Sadly we lost our Nanna/Mum almost a year ago and we promised we would continue to fundraise for the hospice as they provided such excellent support for not only our Nanna/Mum but for us as well when it came to her end of life care. We hope to continue to fulfil our promises and would appreciate any donation!

Woking & Sam Beare Hospices is a charity that cares for over 2,000 patients and their carers and families each year. We specialise in delivering holistic care for patients with progressive advanced conditions that are life limiting. The hospice's care is delivered in the community in patients homes, in care or nursing homes or through its in-patient ward in the hospice, as well as through the Bradbury Wellbeing Centre, which offer day care service to all it's patients and carers.
