Hi , my name is Ray and i am a member of the nonprofit volunteer run Wodonga Creek Miniature Railway on the Lincoln causeway Wodonga, we have just been vandalized and had sections of our track ripped up, twisted and broken, about 150mtrs of track. Thay have broken the line in two places making it impossible to have running days and to raise any money to help with repairs. We are a small club, and we only can run 1 day a month normally to raise any sort of finances and that goes to cover insurance leaving what's left to maintain the railway. To replace 100mtr of track will cost around $6000. We are a very popular and are well thought of in our community with many birthday party's being held in the picnic grounds and the children going for rides.Most of our members are getting on and the younger ones are left to carry on the best we can , its a rewarding to see the children and adults enjoying riding the rails and smiling have a great time.
