This loving and caring father is in desperate need of financial help so that he can care for his little boy, the love of his life.
I felt compelled to start my first GoFundMe page after meeting Tino and hearing his story.
During this last Christmas, Tino was here in the US with his child and his wife. He had to return back to Italy in January for work but his wife asked to stay a little longer with their son so he could be with his grandmother.
His wife then, refused to return back to Italy and a devastating silence ensued. Covid prevented Tino from quickly returning.
But as soon as Italy and the US permitted, Tino returned to reunite and to care for his little boy.
Tino's wife inexplicably refuses to communicate although Tino has continued to respectfully try to speak with her since he arrived in July.
While here, waking up at 1 AM, Tino is able to work remotely at his Programmers job in Italy. However his Italian salary barely covers his living expenses here in California.
Aid agencies here and in Italy have told Tino that his only recourse is to hire a lawyer.
Tino's wife who is an American, will not return to Italy.
This page was set up to help cover the cost of hiring and retaining a lawer.
With this legal help,
Tino will be able to secure a green card and to set up an agreement with his wife to share in the care of their little boy. Tino 's wish for his son is to have the gift of both parents in his life.
Tino's passion and purpose in life is to love, teach, guide and protect his little boy.
