On October 9, 2016, Kenneth Moore witnessed the murder of Carmella Diane Winston in Richmond, Virginia.  Mr. Moore's story was recently told in the October 17, 2018 Washington Post article, "Witness to the killing."  

Since the article was published, a number of citizens have offered to assist Kenneth and his family as they start a new life in a new city.  All donations to the Moore family can be made through this account.
