Hi, we're Without Wings, the Manx Autoimmune Trust, IOM registered charity no 1213. Please help us raise funds!

OUR CAUSE

Without Wings was established in 2016 in response to a clear need in the Isle of Man for a compassionate service to address the emotional and practical challenges people face whose lives are affected everyday by an autoimmune diagnosis (originally autoimmune arthritis, now all forms of autoimmune).

OUR PURPOSE

Without Wings believes that if you have complex autoimmune issues, you'll experience better overall health outcomes if you're treated with value and respect.

The charity also believes these positive outcomes benefit our whole community.

As well as raising awareness and seeking to provide positive information, part of our mission is therefore to ensure easy access to services that nourish minds, bodies and souls.

This means our grant scheme is bespoke to need and includes such things as fully funded, easy access counselling, alongside funding towards home help and support into exercise programmes, plus many other initiatives, including funding for affected children.

As a small voluntary organisation, we are completely dependent on public funds - and every bit helps, so please help us as we work to help Make Our Island Better.
