On 6th July I'll be walking the Wirral Way 20k route to raise much needed funds for a local charity, Elsie's Moon.

As you know, we lost our beautiful boy, Eli, last year at 29 weeks. His first heavenly birthday is 11th July, and there's no better way to honour his memory than to take part in this walk to raise money for Elsie's Moon, who provided us with access to much needed baby loss counselling.

Since losing Eli I have also focused on my physical as well as mental health and found running/walking a positive outlet to help manage the difficult times.

Please support me, and this wonderful small, family run charity to raise important funds so that they can continue to help families when pregnancy or birth doesn't follow the plan.

The funds you’re raising will go directly to supporting local families through memory boxes, bereavement resources, and peer support — and at the moment, with things being incredibly tough financially for small charities, every single penny really does mean the world.
