Help my family flee the war in Gaza

My name is Bassam Noureldin, and with a heavy heart, I reach out to you from Berlin Germany, Many of you may already have heard of the desperate and heart-wrenching tragedy unfolding in Gaza. It tears me apart to report that numerous of my beloved family members are trapped in Gaza, while relentless bombings shake the land, and they desperately seek a safe haven. Our hearts are heavy with fear and despair as we wait helplessly from afar, praying and hoping that our loved ones remain unharmed.

Through the relentless onslaught of war, our five-story house in the northern part of Gaza was destroyed by rocket attacks! In this house, once filled with life, lived my mother and two unmarried sisters, my brother Hussam with his wife and seven children, and my brother Merwan with his wife and five children.

But now, everything is lost! Some of my beloved family members were killed in this dreadful attack, and the survivors are now homeless and desperate! They fled to the south, to Deir el-Balah and Rafah, but new dangers lurk there! Hunger torments them, diseases spread through contaminated water, and the conditions are unimaginably harsh!

Our home, Gaza, lies in ruins, and rebuilding seems hopeless as the threat of further destruction looms! My family is trying to flee, to start a new life away from war and suffering! But the path is filled with obstacles!

To leave Gaza, they must travel through Egypt, but the costs are impossibly high! Egypt demands between 5000 and 6000 dollars per person for entry from Gaza! Our family has lost everything in the destruction of the house and cannot afford it! They need help to survive, to escape, to start anew!
