Winning together as a community

Residents of Black Rock Estates - let's come together as a community by donating to fund attorney fees to investigate the validity and legality of the Dan Ryan Builders Planned Unit Development that is scheduled to begin in the spring/summer of 2022.

The Dan Ryan Builders PUD will consist of 585 total units, including 197 single-family homes, 68 semi-detached, 160 townhomes, and 160 multi-family (apartments/condominiums) placed to the north and east of the Black Rock Estates community.

The result of the PUD will post safety concerns within our community due to excessive traffic traveling on Sasha Blvd and over 4,000 new vehicle trips per day on Mount Aetna Road, increased risk of crime, and diminished property values in Black Rock Estates, and negative impacts to infrastructure and schooling.

The total requested donation amount includes Gofundme fees (approximately $150) and estimated attorney charges.
