William Shanks Eagle Scout Project

Hi, I am Will Shanks, an Eagle Scout candidate from Troop 22. I have been active in scouting for over ten years and am excited to start working on my Eagle Scout project.

I am partnering with the West Valley Food Pantry, a food supply bank serving food to families and the homeless across the San Fernando Valley, to make school supply bags for families that are impacted by the pandemic. I am planning on making 300 bags filled with pencils, markers, pens, highlighters, erasers, and sharpeners. I am seeking $1,300 to buy the supplies to make the bags. Any extra funds will go to making more bags or back to the Food Pantry.
