William & Meghan's Dream of Parenthood

Greetings everyone, we are William and Meghan. We are a happily married couple who have been together for 13 years and married for almost 8 years. We had tried to have a child of our own, however, due to medical issues, are not able to bear children. The heartbreaking journey of trying to become parents through the public adoption process from foster care has been emotionally taxing and relatively hopeless in finding a good match. Private adoptions are an option, however, are also an expensive option with some agencies charging upwards of 50-70k per child...and this is almost all due at the same time! I know children are expensive, but with us working in public service and mental health, that's a pretty hefty amount of money to put up all at once. We are working with a private family attorney who charges a significant amount less and are planning on applying for grants...however...there is no guarantee we are going to be able to cover the entire cost. Some of the expenses we will need to cover include paying for the birth mother's bills and advertising for a birth mother who wants to put their unborn child up for adoption. By creating this fundraiser, we are hoping to receive some help to defray these costs, so that we can finally fill the void in our hearts and expand our family. Any contribution you make would help us take a step towards that goal, and we would be eternally grateful for your blessing.

If we are not able to use funds raised (if it's too much or too little) the donations will be distributed to Endometriosis Foundation of America to help women fight the horrendous disease that destroys the dreams of families looking to grow.
