Will bike 4 food.

Steuerlich absetzbar

The Navajo Nation is undergoing a food crisis. There aren’t enough grocery stores, most people live in rural areas, and the food that is available in stores is often high-calorie and packed with unhealthy preservatives.

My name is Tyler and I’m on a 4,000 mile long bike ride around the Southwest in an effort to raise awareness about the food crisis on the Navajo Nation. I’m also raising money to award a mountain biking scholarship to Navajo students in the Flagstaff area.

Biking is a force in my life. Bikes allow me to challenge myself, stay healthy, and have fun. I want to give the gift of mountain biking to people who could use it.

I'll be riding the famous great divide mountain bike route to historic route 66. From there I will be taking the pacific coast to San Francisco and then all the way back to Pueblo CO to finish my loop.

The scholarship is through FLYRS, the Flagstaff Youth Riders, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that fosters personal growth and an active lifestyle through mountain biking.
