Will Or Way youth mentorship program

I've always believed in life it's not about you but what you can do for the next generation. My goal is to create a safe environment for adolescent men and women to hone in on and improve their life skills such as money management, learning career trades, proper training on how to correctly deal with corrupt law enforcement officers and providing outlets and activities to express themselves positively such as sports and art. Me being a former college athlete at a HBCU I see the need to provide these services that were not directly available when I was in the position of many youths of today and I still see the dire need of such a service especially in the Mecklenburg and surrounding counties as well as the entire United States to give these youths a sense of external belief and identity other than what's being portrayed in mainstream media today
