Wigston Foxes Inclusive F.C Snowdonia walk

Wigston Foxes Inclusive F.C is a disability only football club in Leicestershire. We have multiple teams with players who range from 5 to 45 years old. All of our players have a special educational need and or physical disability ranging from autism to cerebral palsy. We play across 2 disability leagues, competing in monthly tournaments where every player plays football regardless of their ability. Not only does football provide physical activity for our players, it also helps them to build friendships and gain valuable transferable skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. Opportunities to play football are often taken for granted, but our players would not be able to play in a mainstream team and are often ostracised in the playground. We believe football truly should be for all.

One of our adult players and a family member will be trekking up Snowdonia and spending a night wild camping to raise some much needed funds for our adults team. Any money raised will go towards updating their training equipment and affiliation costs for next season.
