I am Kelly Wing, the founder of Widow Tree, a support group for widows of all ages in Oxfordshire. Our meetings are designed to create a welcoming community where hope, connection, and personal growth can flourish.

I became a widow in June 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown, with four children aged 16, 13, 10, and 2. It was an incredibly challenging time, made even more difficult by the profound loneliness of losing my best friend and the future we had planned together.

To increase awareness of Widow Tree I have started a GoFundMe page to raise funds to cover costs of running the online meeting platform, printing of flyers and cards, insurance, registrations, software and associated cost of in-person events for venues / refreshments.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could support our cause and help us provide vital support to widows in our community.
