DiverseCity Fellows, ELNers, and friends we need your help! As you may have heard, our very own Jamil Jivani (DiverseCity Fellow 2013-2014) has been busy making his rounds for the launch of this book "Why Young Men".
Jamil's groundbreaking book presents "ideas that pursues a positive path and offers a counterintuitive, often provocative argument for a sea change in the way we look at young men, and for how they see themselves." In light of the recent tragedy, right here in the GTHA, Jami's message is resonating more than ever and needs to be shared.
We need your support to make a bulk book purchase of "Why Young Men" to get copies of the book out to those communities where cost may be a barrier.
A suggested donation of $50 would go a long way.
