I am a father who has been separated from his children—not because of any finding that I was unfit or unwilling to follow the law, but because of procedural barriers and financial limitations that prevented my case from being fully and fairly heard.

For more than a year, I complied with every court requirement. I appeared when required, submitted documentation, and followed all procedures in good faith. At no point was there a full evidentiary hearing on the merits of my case. Instead, critical decisions affecting my parental rights were made through procedural mechanisms before all relevant evidence could be properly presented and evaluated.

I remain in full compliance with all court orders. My objective has never been to avoid the legal process, but to participate in it fully.
