I am Jamie Maddocks head coach and owner of White Cliffs Amateur boxing club, a boxing club based Dover kent. The club is a self funded unprofitable community boxing club, our coaches are all volunteers and we rely on donations and sponsorships to keep the club running.

I am doing this go fund me page to try and raise funds to buy a minibus.

The minibus will give the boxers a means of travel to commute to other clubs and events around the country. It will also allow us to reach out to those who would otherwise not be able to attend clubs/events due to transport issues. At the moment, this travelling is dependent on the availability and kindness of coaches and parents. Although this is very welcome it deprives us of the opportunity to travel to more venues and clubs and more importantly strips of the opportunity to travel together as a team.

Here at White Cliffs Amateur boxing club team building is something we strive to develop as we see first hand how being part of a team really helps the boxers.

As a club and to its boxers the value and impact a minibus would have would be massive.
