Help Keep the Whitchurch Alport U13 Girls Team Alive – Support Grassroots Football

The Whitchurch Alport Under 13s Girls Football Team is made up of a brilliant group of girls who are passionate about football and proud to play for their club. Supporting them as one of the coaches for the 2025/26 season, I can already see just how much this team means to them – not just as a sport, but as a place where they build confidence, stay active, develop fitness, and learn the value of teamwork and friendship.

It’s also personal for me – my daughter Luciarna plays for the team and absolutely loves football and being part of this club. I’ve seen firsthand what a difference it’s made to her – in her fitness, her confidence, and her overall happiness. It means the world to her to be part of this team, and I know so many of the other girls feel exactly the same.

But we urgently need your help.

Our team is entirely self-funded, and without vital financial support, we’ll struggle to keep going next season. We’re currently in desperate need of:

• Home and away kits

• Training sweaters and winter coats

• Football boots and balls

• First aid supplies

• Training cones, bibs, and other essential equipment

Everything we raise goes directly toward supporting the girls and helping them continue doing what they love. Without this funding, the future of the team is at real risk – and we’re determined not to let that happen.

This isn’t just about football – it’s about giving these young girls a positive outlet, a safe space to grow in confidence, and a team where they truly belong. Any support, big or small, would go a long way and would mean the world to the players, their families, and everyone involved in the club.
