We've launched a community safety initiative in Long Beach inspired by the successful Whistlemania campaign in Chicago. Our goal is to distribute 16,000 whistle packs throughout LBC in the first quarter of the year, creating a network of neighbors who are ready to look out for each other and respond quickly to ICE activity. By equipping people with whistles and information, we can help keep our community safe and informed, while also connecting those in need with rapid responders who provide after-care and legal resources where available.

This campaign is entirely volunteer-run, and all event spaces for folding and packing are generously donated. That means every donation goes directly to the supplies we need: whistles, clear bags, zine prints, and know your rights cards. With your support, we can make sure these resources reach as many people as possible, empowering our community to stand together and protect one another.
