‘Where's Jesse’ Missing Persons & Cold Case's
‘Where's Jesse’Missing Persons & Cold Cases, is a non-profit organization(501c3) to help families of missing persons.
This non-profit was started and founded by Norma Jean Fritz Yatsko, who's son Jesse Lee Farber (aka "REX) went missing in Tamaqua Pennsylvania on August 11th, 2015. To this day, Jesse is sadly still missing. Norma Jean has fought very hard for Jesse and she still hasen't given up hope. During this unbearable process, Norma Jean pushed to get a new law passed by the Governor of Pennsylvania to help for Missing Persons. During this process she also noticed and realized there were so many other people that are just like herself. That's when she decided to make the ‘Where's Jesse’ Missing Persons & Cold Case (non-profit organization 501c3) to help other families and to help them fight to find their loved ones!
At, ‘Where's Jesse’ Missing Persons & Cold Cases non-profit organization(501c3) are here to correctly educate family, civilians and official's on reporting and procedures specific to this epidemic.
Unfortunately a lot of Missing Persons Cases turn into Cold Cases due, to lack of manpower, a lack of education for when someone goes missing, and Funding.
After a while as time passes our loved ones become just a "number". The most heartbreaking thing is that families of Missing Persons think their loved one is/are still being looked for. Sadly that is not the case. That's why, Where's Jesse? Missing Persons & Cold Cases (non-profit organization 501c3) is here to help but, we need YOUR help to make this possible for the family's that are going through this horrible experience.

We need to help bring our loved ones home. They are out there somewhere. Please don't forget them. Please don't forget their families. They are hurting and suffering a grieving so un comprehensible it has its own name-Complicated Grief. It is exactly that. It is a nightmare when not even asleep. - Where's Jesse
My son Jesse Lee (Rex) Farber has been missing since August 11, 2015.
Since then I have spent countless hours trying to find him. And countless hours trying to make sense of this National Silent Disaster where thousands of cases of missing persons become cold cases due to lack of funding and lack of education. Awareness and education is the key. There is a national data base NamUs which allows all data of missing and unidentified persons to be entered, but unfortunately it is not mandatory to enter info on these individuals. I am working with state representative Lynda Culver who is trying to rewrite history and get this bill submitted. Over 2,000 disappear every day in the USA. This leaves families in pain and limbo. This non profit organization has a support system set up for families of the lost and missing, spread awareness, educate and advocate and get laws set in place to bring our loved ones home. But to do this I need the funding. Anything will help and be greatly appreciated. Please help me help others.- Jesses mom
