Wheels of Hope: Your Support Can Change My Life
Donation protected
Dear Friends and Family,
I’m reaching out in desperation. Many of you know that I’ve been living as a C4-C6 incomplete quadriplegic since my car accident in 2017. My 2002 Dodge Caravan was my only way to stay active and connected, but after draining our savings on endless repairs, it has finally broken down for good.
Without accessible transportation, I can’t be the mother my daughter needs. I can’t attend family reunions, community events, or even my vital physical therapy sessions that keep me moving forward in my recovery. With the holidays approaching and important events to spread awareness, this lack of transportation has been crushing emotionally, causing overwhelming anxiety and depression.
But I haven’t lost hope. Life has taught me that we’re all in this together, and sometimes we have to ask for help.
I have a rare chance to purchase a fully accessible 2016 Toyota Sienna at a great price from Golden Boy Mobility. To make this happen, we need help raising as much as we can for a down payment. This van would allow me to get back on the road again, take my daughter to her school and activities, continue my therapy, and pursue our dream of helping others by maintaining and cleaning their wheelchairs through the business we plan on launching.
Renting an accessible van costs over $120 a day, making this purchase crucial. I promise, we won’t disappoint you. I am determined, proud, and full of faith that this will be the start of better things not just for me and my family but for others, too.
Every little bit helps. 1 + 1 = 2, and 0 + 0 = 0. No donation is too small. Your support, whether it’s financial, a prayer, or simply sharing this, means everything to us.
Where there’s a village, there’s hope. Let’s make this dream a reality together.
Always Faithful,
