Volunteer Trip to Thailand!

Hiya hiya! My name is Róisín Liew, and I am a lil ole freshie from Delaware and attending Barrett at ASU! I'm a sustainability major looking to give back to the planet and to the people who love it as much as I do. Being that I'm a freshman at an insanely large school, I'm meeting new people almost every day, exchanging the constant, "What's your name? Favorite Hobby? Major? What will you do with you major?" I haven't been able to pinpoint one certain thing I've wanted to do with my major/life, because I need to keep doing, I need to keep working for the world. I tell them that I want to get on my hands and knees with other people and physically put trees in the ground. I want to educate kids on sustainable farming and on basic maths and literature. I want to help create cities that are more centered around greener and holistic practices. I want to make the world a better place.

And then I stumbled upon "Give". Everything I'd just told all of those new people I met at ASU just became a possibility. I want to be part of the cause in bringing people together to keep the world going, to continue taking care of Mother Nature for the generations to come after us. I want to learn how to be a better person. This is my life dream. This is the reason for my being.

So I ask kindly if you could give anything, even if it's only the minimum that this website allows you to give. I'll treasure this journey for the rest of my life. :) And hopefully, this is only the beginning of my journey.
