Mayor's Aide Fired Over Support For BLM Efforts
Donation protected
The Republican Newspaper / MassLive headline read: Darryl Moss, a longtime aide to Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and key liaison between Springfield MA City Hall and Communities of Color, has been fired for alleged violations of the city’s social media policy. What it doesn’t mention is that tragically, Moss was fired for his strong support for Racial and Equity changes in the city’s operating policies.
Regardless of political and social views - hundreds of diverse supporters responded that Moss was unfairly targeted and denounced a previous news story about the development on the steps of City Hall.
Join us in returning the love that he shared with us by ALWAYS putting the well being of himself and his family on the line to ensure that we were justly treated and welcomed in City Hall.
Our goal is $10,000 to help cover transition and legal fees. No donation is too small.
Moss, a loving family man, is the father of five beautiful children whom he loves dearly. We are raising funds to assist Moss and his family during this transition. Stand with Us as he Stood for Us!
