Westover Hill “use both lanes” lawn signs

Westover Hill Rd traffic jams: Let’s all put up lawn signs asking drivers to USE BOTH LANES when waiting to turn onto Eglinton!

That way the jams will clear quicker, and residents wanting to turn RIGHT onto Eglinton (or into their own driveways!) can do so faster. Or even emergency vehicles might be able to respond to calls on the street during a jam.

Suggested donation: $12.50 (= $400 / 32 houses on street). For 100 signs (minimum order) from Lawn Signs Brampton it’s about $400 for their 24”x16” ‘Coroplast‘ election signs at $2.65 per sign (plus tax and plus the “stand” which it doesn’t say costs how much).

….repeated calls to the city asking them for more road lane markings, or actual enforcement of no-left-turns, have borne no fruit for various bureaucratic reasons. Your tax dollars at work — NOT!

Any excess funds will be donated to Sick Kids Hospital.
