It is with broken hearts that we share the sudden passing of Weston Jones, who left us far too soon on June 15, 2025, at just 39 years old. Born in Elko, Nevada, and raised on the Duck Valley Indian Reservation, Weston was a proud son of his community—a man deeply rooted in love, tradition, and service to others.

Known as a gentle giant, Weston had a heart as big as his presence. He was a loving, hands-on father and uncle, always quick to lend a hand, give his time, or offer the shirt off his back. He believed in hard work and the importance of family, showing up for those he loved in every way he could.

After the passing of his beloved papa Charles, Weston devoted himself to caring for his grandmother—cutting firewood, filling her freezer with meat, and never letting her want for anything. He found peace and joy in the outdoors, especially hunting with his great uncles, uncles, cousins, and close friends. He lived a life centered around family, tradition, and helping others.

Weston leaves behind three beautiful sons:

As his family grieves this tremendous loss, we are asking for your support to help cover funeral expenses and provide for his sons in the days ahead.
