Westchester Rotary Makeover @ St.Margaret's Center

The Westchester Rotary Club is raising funds for our 2023 Makeover Project. This year our project recipient is St. Margaret's Center, a program of Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, which serves low-income and unhoused families since 1987. This Center is a pillar in our community, providing a range of services to 10,000 individuals annually. Thank you to generous donors we've raised a good amount of funds and we'd like to raise an additional $40k.
St. Margaret's Center's services include:
- Emergency food
- Diaper program
- Feminine hygiene products
- Permanent Housing Coordination
- Rapid rehousing for youth
- Emergency shelter and rent
- Homeless and household supplies
- Nutrition education
- Literacy tutoring
- Job referrals
- Transportation assistance
- Christmas programming
- Showers and haircuts
- Mailing addresses for the unhoused
- Counseling services
- Health insurance application assistance
- Vision screening
- Medical services
- Utility assistance
- Immigration processing
- ESL classes
- Citizenship Classes
