West Point Furloughed Families Food Drive
0% complete
$6,530 raised of
30 donations
Right now, many West Point civilian employees and their families are feeling the impacts of the government shutdown and furloughs. The Village of Highland Falls, West Point Association Of Graduates' Hudson Valley Program, and numerous volunteers are stepping up to help. As a community activist, I am partnering with other like-minded community members to ensure every dollar raised is used responsibly to support our local food drives and distributions.
These funds will be used to purchase both shelf-stable and perishable items that have not yet been donated by our generous community members. This will help us fill critical gaps and keep us stocked with what families truly need.
Every contribution, no matter how small, reminds our neighbors, friends, and coworkers that they are not alone. We are in this together!
Respectfully,
Tierney Kain
