West Marin Access Coalition

Everyone should have access to the public parks, forests, and beaches in West Marin. A variety of overnight accommodations are essential to ensure people traveling from afar can enjoy these coastal and recreational natural resources.

To protect this right to access the coast, your help is needed to support the West Marin Access Coalition's outreach effort as a countywide ordinance enters its final stages with the Board of Supervisors and the California Coastal Commission.

The ordinance will drastically reduce visitor access to the most desirable parts of West Marin and the Point Reyes National Seashore. If enacted, this proposal would represent the single greatest loss in public access in the history of Marin County, if not the entire state.

Your help is needed to increase our effort to ensure the Board of Supervisors and Coastal Commission reject this rushed and shockingly anti-visitor proposal.
