Justice For Wesley, legal fees and recovery from KCCF

My son was taken to Kent County Jail when he was supposed to be brought to the ER by the police for psychiatric medication. Kent County police took him into jail and put him on a nightmare "mental health" part of the jail with the most violent criminal in the damn jail, in psychosis, denied him his commissary money, never been in trouble a day in his life they kept him on lockdown all the time refused him access to mail or phone calls or even socks. When he was released he had on the same pair of socks he was locked up with on Dec 17, They made his existence and mine a hellscape, from starvation to harrassment to henious neglect, and abuse not mentioned here from Dec 17, 2024-March 25, 2025.

He is 19 years old with a painful mental illness that has now skyrocketed since he spent 4 months in a horrific condition. The most of his stay was in solitary with no meds even though the jail knew he had a court order that whole time to be on meds. What they did to my son has broken him completely.

He was tortured there. He was abused there. He was told by officers he was going to rot there. They withheld letters and communications from him and put him in the worst part of Kent County Jail during psychosis off meds.

Please help us care for him. What he endured was horrendous, and it's going to take a lot to bounce back from. Wesley is currently getting trauma/medical care due to his condition after what that jail did to him is so frail and discombobulated. We need extra support so I can guide him through this difficult journey of healing after being thrown away by our own government. Funds will be used towards the long road of recovery ahead and legal fees as we get him proper legal council.
