Hi, my name is Wesley Miles and I am a Life Scout with Troop 61 in Stony Point NY. I am currently working on my Eagle Project. I am building an American Flag receptacle that will be placed at our Stony Point Town Hall so that our community can conveniently drop off their old or damaged American Flags, and have them collected and properly retired.
