Stonebroom Deserves a Christmas Tree!

We’re fundraising to bring some festive sparkle to the village. Sometimes, Stonebroom misses out on funding for celebrations - this year, we don’t want our village to miss out again!

We’re raising funds to bring the festive spirit alive by setting up a beautiful community Christmas tree for everyone in Stonebroom to enjoy. Thanks to the kind support of St Peter’s Church, we already have a perfect location — now all we need is your help to make it happen.

This won’t just be a tree. It will be a place where our community can gather, celebrate, and make memories — something truly special for children and families to look forward to year after year.

Putting this together isn’t a small task — a good-sized Christmas tree can cost up to £1,000, and lights and decorations add around £700. On top of that, there are logistics, safety measures, and mounting to think about. We are actively resourcing, looking for discounts, and doing everything we can to keep costs down — but as you can see, it all adds up.

Any contribution, big or small, will help us buy the tree, decorate it, and bring some much-needed festive cheer to brighten up the winter nights. If you can’t donate, please consider sharing this page to help spread the word.
