We're raising £20,000 for The Worshipful Company of Butchers
Spende geschützt
This June, seven of us are taking on the incredible challenge of cycling from London to Paris to fundraise for The Worshipful Company of Butchers .
Over the course of three days, we will push our pedals more than 350 kilometres, with the aim of raising £20,000 for The Worshipful Company of Butchers , one of the oldest Livery Companies in the City of London, who has a strong commitment to charity, education, and fellowship.
Charity is one of the fundamental principles of The Worshipful Company of Butcher's where the Livery Companies of the City of London are acclaimed for, or making charitable contributions to organisations supporting individuals less fortunate than ourselves.
We work extremely closely with two charities that are Teach First, an education charity that improves the life chances and choices for children experiencing poverty and Farms for City Children, who offer children from disadvantaged communities the opportunity to experience an immersive residential week on a farm in the heart of the countryside.
Our goal for this adventure is to gather support to help cover the refurbishment costs of Butchers’ Hall, ensuring that this historic venue continues to serve its purpose for generations to come.
We invite you to join us on this journey. Your generous contributions will not only motivate us as we cycle from Butcher's Hall, to Brighton, through France's beautiful countryside, all the way to the Eiffel Tower, but will also play a crucial role in preserving the legacy of The Worshipful Company of Butchers . Together, let’s make a meaningful impact and show our commitment to charity and fellowship.
Donations will be sent to The Worshipful Company of Butchers .
