This is Teresha, and I need to be honest: The weight of being unable to help every child who comes to us is overwhelming.

Triumph Heart a children disabilities organization based here in Uganda relies on quarterly donation. We have also been using our family's income, but it is no longer sufficient to support both Triumph Heart and our personal needs. Although we have invested our resources into causes we care about, managing everything has become increasingly difficult.

We are grateful for those who assist us in emergencies, but their support is becoming strained, and some are even depleting their savings. This situation is no longer sustainable!

It's time to ask for support regarding Triumph Heart and the mission of empowering children with disabilities!

The demand for resources to support children with disabilities is on the rise, and without additional funding, we are unable to meet their needs. Our application for charity status in the UK is still pending. We submitted our application in May, and we continue to receive emails stating, "Due to the high demand for registration services, you may not hear from us for up to 16 weeks. Your application will be processed as soon as a Case Officer becomes available." It is truly heartbreaking to tell a child in need that we are unable to help them.

We need consistent support to cover care, supplies, and essential services for the children who depend on us. Without this, we may have to stop our work.

We Need Your Help

Every week, more children with disabilities in our community need urgent care. Triumph Heart is doing all we can — running clinics, visiting homes, and providing nutrition, therapy, and specialist equipment.

But right now, we’re struggling to keep going.

We must raise £6,190 to cover 6 months of essential care while we await UK charity registration. Without this, children will lose life-changing support.

£200 – Nutrition for 60 children

£200 – Therapy & specialist equipment

£365 – Staff stipends & transport

⛽ £150 – Fuel for home visits

£100 – Two monthly clinics
