Hi, my name is Marta Vera and I am a local wellness coach, in breathwork- a natural & simple way to improve everybody's overall health.

I'm living in Stepaside and Fernhill is my garden, my playground, my gym, my paradise and I feel very blessed to have such a gem just on my doorstep.

I got a vision to create an event for our local community, an event that will inspire people to move, breathe, connect with the nature, connect with other people and themselves. An event that will create an opportunity for you to try something new, and an opportunity for small local businesses to promote themselves.

All the facilitators are volunteers and our event is FREE, however, donations are greatly appreciated. Donations will go towards improving this wonderful community event and to Gearlic Woodland Project. That means our community is helping to reforest the Irish Land.
