Our community in Welham Green, Brookmans Park and the surrounding villages is facing several proposed housing developments on local green spaces. Many residents are concerned about the potential impact on our environment, infrastructure and village character.

A Development Management Committee meeting is taking place next Thursday where these proposals will be considered. To help strengthen the concerns already raised by residents, we would like to commission an independent planning consultant to produce a professional report that can be submitted as additional evidence to the committee.

We are hoping to raise £1,000 to cover the consultant’s fee.

This report will not guarantee that the application is refused, but it will provide professional planning analysis that may help support the case being made by the community.
