Deserving Better WA's GoFundMe campaign!

Our mission is clear: to empower marginalised individuals, throughout Western Australia through education, support, and advocacy. This includes assisting victims of coercive control and family violence.

We are committed to supporting those facing disadvantage, fear, trauma and social isolation resulting from family violence, racism, bullying, disability and discrimination at all levels.

We are excited to announce plans to establish our services in Subiaco in the coming months with the intention of servicing clients from around the metropolitan area, and remotely via telephone and zoom. However, to make this possible, we need your support.

Despite not officially opening yet, the response from the community has been overwhelming. We are inundated with inquiries and calls for assistance, which speaks volumes about the need for our services. In light of this, we have launched this fundraiser in hopes of accelerating our opening timeline.

While we diligently pursue grant opportunities, we are turning to the community for support in covering some of the logistical expenses associated with our organisational establishment.

Every contribution brings us one step closer to our goal of creating a hub for those in need. It's important to note that any funds remaining after meeting our initial target will be reinvested directly into our organisation, ensuring sustainable support for the individuals we serve.
