WELCOME HOME LILY

Gday one and all. Hope you are all well. My name is Matt, I am a 45yr old father of a beautiful 13 yr old daughter, the “light of my life”. My daughter Lily has recently been diagnosed with BCell Lymphoma and has been in hospital for two months now and she has another 4 to 6 months before she will be able to come home. In the time she is in hospital she has to undergo chemotherapy and blood transfusions and endure all the pain and fear that comes with such treatments and the fear of what if. I am starting a gofundme as she has asked me to pull the carpet up in her little 3x5 mtr room and polish her floor boards, paint her walls a shade of white of her choice, replace her single size loft bed with a double bed with a lift up mattress for storage and a dresser table and also I would like to put a small split system air con for her also.. I have told her I will do this but I’m a single father and I’m struggling to do much work at the moment with all that is going on and honestly don’t make much more than enough to just cover the bills and essentials. I fear I will not reach the required amount of money to achieve these things lily wants before she comes home from hospital and I so very much want to finish it as soon as I can to give her this to look forward to and to give her hope and the strength to keep fighting. I’ve not ever thought of doing a go fund me before but I’m now hoping that the love and encouragement of good people can help me to help my daughter Lilly. I will tell her of all the good people that have come together to make this happen with hope and love their hearts. I’m almost on my knees. This is such a struggle like I’ve never known before and wouldn’t wish on any person or parent. Please people can you all help me help my beautiful baby girl. Please.
