As most of you already know, the Welch family suffered a terrible loss as Ken Welch was taken from the world far too soon.

Ken was a caring husband to Jenny, and it was clear that his decisions were in her honor to love and support her every day. He was a strong and loving father to his children, Aaron, Payton and Camdyn. He was a great brother - who certainly loved to tease - but would do anything for Kara and me. And of course, the best son my parents, Tim and Judie could have ever asked for. His influence and love extended far beyond that to friends, family, coworkers and colleagues who we know are devastated by this loss.
