Help Ukrainian Families

****Update 06/13/22****

Hi everybody!!

I have been back physically, but my heart is in Ukraine. Adapting has been interesting, as I constantly think there are military checkpoints everywhere, and that air raid sirens are going off. I also feel immensely grateful for being able to simply walk into a gas station and put fuel in my car, without having to use my translator to BEG for gas (2.5 gallons max) because I’m almost running out because the last 10 gas stations didn’t have any. And it’s $10 (probably more now)!

With that being said, I am going back to Ukraine in a couple of weeks to bring supplies from the US. I will help people/organizations I know personally, and I know they are doing amazing work. My goal is to focus on health care providers on the front lines (AKA, people that don’t touch guns, but save civilians’ and soldiers’ lives in the middle of shooting and heavy shelling), medical supplies and food to small villages that are literally starving.

This is the new GoFundMe page: https://gofund.me/10fa8ddd (you can find it by searching “Help Ukraine Directly” - the picture is the new cover)

PLEASE help in any way you can; even $10 would help. And please please please share this! I’ll be posting updates there!

Thank you so much for your support!

*************

My group and I are going to Poland and setting up safe homes to house children, mothers and elderly who have left their homes in Ukraine to stay alive until this horrific war ends. We will be providing transportation, food and homes in neighboring countries. Primary countries currently are Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia and Germany.

Please help us change these families’ lives and showing them they are not alone and that the world cares about them!

Bill & Adelia

***EDIT***

Bill had to leave, and I stayed independently, and decided to stay in Ukraine instead of Poland. Being in Ukraine helped me understand the real needs of people, and my focus is to help Ukrainians with food, transportation and medical supplies.
Thank you all for your support!!
