We The People.VS is a national movement of survivors, whistleblowers, and advocates demanding justice and accountability.
We are standing up against:
- Fraudulent search warrants and LAPD misconduct
- Covert electronic harassment, stalking, and chemical attacks
- Unlawful financial account closures and commercial banking fraud
- Retaliation for speaking out or pursuing legal action
With cases like Federal Case #2:24-cv-08109-MWC-MAR and CA State Case #24CJCF03632, we are exposing the connections between law enforcement abuse and financial institutional retaliation—and we’re taking legal action to stop it.

My name is D. Taylor, and I started this campaign not just as a victim—but as a fighter for justice.
I have personally endured what too many others have silently suffered:
- A fraudulent search warrant, executed unlawfully by LAPD
- Chemical exposure and electronic harassment linked to my home and vehicle
- Targeted financial retaliation, including the sudden closure of accounts by major financial institutions like Navy Federal Credit Union and Credit One Bank
- A deliberate attempt to destabilize my life and silence my voice—during the most critical time when I was seeking legal justice But I refused to be quiet.
As I investigated and connected the dots, I discovered I was not alone—thousands of others have been targeted, silenced, and discredited in similar patterns.
From secret surveillance to unlawful account closures, to retaliation for speaking out—this is a systemic issue that must be exposed.
That’s why I created We The People.VS—a grassroots movement turned national campaign to fight back.
This is bigger than me. This is about protecting our civil rights, our financial independence, and our freedom to live without fear.
I launched this GoFundMe to unite victims, fund legal action, create protective spaces for healing and organizing, and to give everyday people the education and resources they need to stand up against injustice.
