Civil Rights Lawyer, John Bryan, believes that The People can sue our state Executive Branch and win against the latest tyrannical mandates.

We have the ability to do something, we only need to gather funding for it. All money will go directly to combating the current illegal overreach that violate our constitutional & natural rights.

In order to satisfy the requirements for this fundraiser-

1. My name is Tabitha Simmons. I am a taxpaying citizen of West Virginia. I have been an advocate for freedom for many years and, more recently, I have been actively involved in helping to preserve our natural & constitutional freedoms.

2. I am a part of a lawsuit, that is being filed in West Virginia, against our tyrannical Executive branch/Governor, regarding his illegal Legislative overreach. There are several petitioners in this suit, which is being filed by civil rights lawyer, John H. Bryan. Your donations help to fund the legal processes that are being taken against our state.

3. This funding will be used for legal fees, which include cost of attorney, court fees, etc. Attorney John Bryan has requested that my husband and I withdraw funding. *John Simmons* will be acting as the beneficiary of the donations received from this fundraiser. Attorney John Bryan will then receive the total, paid by check, and will issue my family the receipts for billing.
