Joel Vander Linden is a dedicated husband, father of five, community activist, Army Veteran and has been living with the many disabilities he has experienced from multiple cancer surgeries and treatments over the past decade.

After voicing his First Amendment Right to free speech during the public audience participation at a recent city council meeting , Joel is being persecuted by officials of the City of Warren, Michigan, in retaliation for criticisms of the city administration.

In addition to his accumulating medical bills, Joel is now defending himself against unfounded allegations and systemic governmental overreach that affects his freedom and good name.

Most importantly, this veteran who served his country to defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights for all Americans, is standing up for the fundamental right to speak freely against governmental aggression and collusion.
